Lakewood Stables in also home to several pleasure ridders and retired horses. Direct access to Lakewood Reserve trails provides boarders the luxury of several miles of horse trails in a natural setting.
Trails
Polo
Lakewood Stables is home to the Barrington Hills Polo Club arena facilities and Polo School. Club members play grass games and tournaments is several private facilities in Barrington Hills.
Dressage
Not a core discipline at Lakewood Stables, but several borders practice dressage. Also, we share our entrance with Wayfarer Farm where dressage lessons are offered regularly.
